Dr Alice Truong

Alice obtained her medical degree through The University of Melbourne and completed her specialist Obstetrics and Gynaecology training across several leading institutions. These include the Mercy Hospital for Women, the Royal Women’s Hospital, Sunshine Hospital, the Northern Hospital and Epworth Freemasons. Drawn to fertility medicine, Alice also obtained a Master of Reproductive Medicine through the University of New South Wales.

‘Having witnessed friends, family and patients navigate infertility and pregnancy loss, I knew I wanted to make a difference. The opportunity to change someone’s life in such a profound way is an incredible privilege.’

Alice is excited to bring her expertise to Newlife IVF, where she is part of a passionate, caring team committed to achieving the best patient outcomes.

She currently consults at Bae Women’s Health in Mitcham and holds public appointments at the Mercy Hospital and Box Hill Hospital. Alice is conversational in Cantonese and finds great joy in connecting with patients in their preferred language.

Alice is a devoted mum to two energetic little ones who keep her on her toes. In her rare moments of free time, she enjoys playing music and exploring the great outdoors with her family. A passionate foodie, she loves visiting new restaurants and checking out the latest musicals and shows in Melbourne.
