Victorian legislation limits the periods for storage of eggs, sperm and embryos. Eggs and sperm may be stored for up to 10 years and embryos may be stored for up to 5 years. An application to extend these storage limits can be submitted in some situations.

If you have frozen eggs, sperm and embryos in storage with Newlife IVF that are approaching these time limits, you will need to decide how to proceed. This process is uniquely personal and, for some, surprisingly emotional.

These information sessions provide an opportunity for you and your partner (where relevant) to connect with our fertility counsellors about this important topic. They will guide you through the range of options available to you, while also helping you navigate the emotions and feelings that can arise as you work through this decision.
